It was a great run while it lasted, but one can only fondly remember the passing of a once great show and endure what remains.

What's in a Cylon Baby Book Name?
Where did the name "LIAM" come from?

Well, at least one BSG writer is still making sense...

Tigh gives the little nugget a name that honors his best friend in the whole wide world, Bill Adama; it also foreshadows a pure Cylon nation not grown by machines but born naturally.

"This name (Liam) is a short form of the Irish name Uilliam (William) which is now use independently as a given name.

As a Hebrew name, Liam means "My people; I have a nation."

Liam is currently a particularly popular name in New Zealand (#10 in 2006), the Australian states of South Australia and Western Australia (#7 in both in 2006) and the Canadian provinces of Nova Scotia (#5), Alberta (#8) and British Columbia (#6)."

I am so disappointed!

Someone already took the moniker "Craprica."

Well, I guess the handle: "Imperious Leader" is still up for grabs...

...unless the crack writing team needs to put a identity to "He Who Must Not Be Named."

Now at least we know the reason why Adama is popping pills and swilling down rotgut at an alarming pace!
